Centralize Fragmented Fulfillment Work
Projects involving multiple suppliers, different batches, inspection, assembly, packaging, rework, inventory and consolidated outbound handover create many coordination points. At our self-operated Dongguan facility, Changsheng centralizes receiving, IQC incoming inspection, supplier coordination, assembly and packaging, labeling and rework, inventory control, OQC outbound inspection and handover to the appointed freight forwarder.
Self-Operated Facility and Team
Changsheng operates an approximately 1,000㎡ facility with three assembly and packaging lines, a regular team of about 13 people and peak project staffing of about 56 people when required. Supporting evidence includes on-site photos, inspection records and work instructions (SOPs).
Records and Delivery Control
We can track inbound, inventory, exceptions and outbound activity by order, SKU and batch. Inventory reports, inbound/outbound records, exception photos and handling progress can be provided. Operational records are progressively moving from structured Excel ledgers into Kingdee ERP, which is now available for formal use.
Service Boundary
Changsheng handles pre-export fulfillment operations only. We do not provide freight booking, customs declaration or international transportation. High-risk or sensitive goods, chemicals, e-cigarettes, flammable or explosive goods, projects that generate exhaust gas, wastewater or toxic gases, and products requiring clean-room assembly are not suitable for our current operation.
