Self-Operated Facility and Team
Our approximately 1,000㎡ facility includes three assembly and packing lines. The regular operations team is approximately 13 people and can scale to about 56 personnel during peak projects.
What We Solve
Multiple suppliers, inconsistent batches, varied quality criteria, complex packaging and fragmented dispatch schedules create avoidable delivery risk. Changsheng centralizes receiving, inspection, supplier exception coordination, assembly, labeling, packaging, warehousing and forwarder handover.
Service Boundary
We provide pre-export fulfillment only. We do not provide booking, customs declaration, clearance, international transportation or door-to-door delivery. Products requiring special licenses or regulated handling are not accepted in the current phase.
