We check quantity, specifications, appearance, accessories and basic functionality. Clients may specify AQL or sampling ratios and request photo or video records.
Changsheng documents the issue and coordinates rework, replenishment or replacement directly with the supplier. Unresolved cases are escalated to the client with evidence and progress records.
Current records use structured Excel ledgers while inventory and production data are progressively migrated to Kingdee ERP. Inventory, movement and exception reports can be provided on request.

Yes. We can use Changsheng’s general incoming inspection checklist and confirm the project-specific scope before work begins.
Yes. The sampling ratio, AQL level or 100% inspection requirement must be confirmed before quotation and operation.
We document the issue and coordinate rework, replenishment or replacement with the supplier. Unresolved cases are escalated to the client with evidence and status records.
Yes. We coordinate scheduled deliveries and manage records by order, SKU and batch.
We support component assembly, kitting, manual and accessory insertion, basic setup, bagging, boxing, sealing, gift-box assembly and export carton packing, subject to product assessment.
They may be provided by the client or supplier, or sourced by Changsheng under confirmed requirements. Material costs are quoted separately.
Short-term project storage is available. Routine orders are generally stored free for no more than two weeks, with extended storage charged according to the quotation.
After receiving complete information, we normally provide a project assessment and quotation within 1–2 business days.
Changsheng provides pre-export fulfillment services only. We do not provide booking, customs declaration, clearance, international transport, or door-to-door delivery. Regulated or specially licensed products are not accepted in the current phase.
