What We Need Before the Project Starts
Product information, packaging or supporting-material requirements, specifications/dimensions, expected quantity, cost priorities, timeline and current supplier setup.
Workflow
Clarify requirement → identify supporting supplier options → collect and compare proposals → client confirmation → coordinate delivery to Changsheng → connect to the fulfillment workflow.
Records and Outputs
Project outputs may include supplier options, specification information, quotation comparisons, sample confirmation and delivery-coordination progress.

This is sourcing support and procurement coordination, not a full procurement agency. Changsheng does not commit to purchasing with its own funds and does not automatically assume supplier quality responsibility. Final supplier selection, commercial terms and purchasing responsibility remain subject to the project arrangement and client confirmation.
