When This Service Is Useful
Use this service when domestic supply, inspection and preparation are complete and goods need final pre-export checks, outbound preparation and handover to your appointed freight forwarder.
What Changsheng Does
We perform OQC to confirmed requirements, verify quantity and packaging, prepare the outbound shipment, record the release and hand goods over to the freight forwarder appointed by the client.
What We Need Before the Project Starts
Final SKU/quantity, outbound packaging requirements, forwarder information, handover timing, warehouse delivery requirements and any required outbound documents.
Workflow
Complete prior fulfillment work → OQC → quantity/packaging verification → outbound preparation → receive client release instruction → loading/handover → update outbound records.
Records and Outputs
Outputs can include outbound details, quantity records, exception-handling progress and agreed handover information.
Service Boundary
Changsheng completes pre-export fulfillment and hands goods to the client’s appointed freight forwarder. Freight booking, customs declaration and international transportation are handled by the appointed forwarder or separately arranged by the client.
