When This Service Is Useful
Use multi-supplier fulfillment coordination when one order or project involves several suppliers and you do not want to manage each factory’s delivery, quantity, inspection, exception and outbound milestone separately.
What Changsheng Does
We coordinate supplier delivery appointments, centralize receiving, verify quantities, SKUs and batches, arrange IQC, follow up shortages, damage, specification or quality exceptions, and connect the work to assembly, packaging, labeling, rework, inventory and consolidated outbound handover when required.
What We Need Before the Project Starts
Supplier list and contacts, SKUs and expected quantities, expected delivery dates, inspection requirements, kitting/packaging relationships and final outbound milestone.
Workflow
Consolidate supplier plan → coordinate deliveries → centralized receiving → quantity/SKU verification → IQC → supplier exception coordination → centralized processing → OQC and consolidated outbound handover.
Records and Outputs
Project records may include supplier delivery progress, inbound details, SKU/batch records, exception photos and quantities, handling progress, inventory and final outbound records.
Service Boundary
Changsheng provides supplier coordination and fulfillment execution. This does not make us the buyer of record and does not transfer supplier commercial terms, payment responsibility or original manufacturing responsibility to Changsheng.
