Useful when suppliers deliver in stages, a project must wait for all components before assembly or outbound handover, or the client needs visibility by order, SKU and batch.
What Changsheng Does
We register goods by order, SKU and batch, support staged inbound and staged outbound, inventory counting, work-status tracking and outbound preparation.
What We Need Before the Project Starts
Order or project ID, SKU list, supplier information, expected delivery schedule, batch requirements, outbound instructions and required report fields.
Workflow
Receiving registration → SKU/quantity verification → location and batch records → inventory update → preparation/processing by instruction → outbound verification → movement record update.
Records and Outputs
Inventory reports, inbound/outbound details, exception photos and handling progress can be provided. Records are progressively moving from Excel ledgers into Kingdee ERP, which is now available for formal use.
Service Boundary
Storage method and duration are assessed by project; the website does not promise a fixed free-storage period. Regulated, hazardous, cold-chain or specially licensed storage is outside the current facility scope.
