If BOM, manuals, labels, accessories and packaging versions are not controlled together, missing parts, wrong variants, labeling errors and packaging waste are more likely.
How Changsheng Handles It
Using the confirmed SOP and sample, we can assemble parts, create kits, place instruction manuals and accessories, bag, box, seal, repack and label. Where needed, we can also support packaging or supporting-supplier coordination and option comparison.
Information We Need
BOM/kit list, sample or reference photos, label files, packaging dimensions/material requirements, carton specifications and acceptance checkpoints.
Records or Outputs
First-piece confirmation, SOP, work quantity, exception and re-inspection records, plus packaging option information where applicable.
Boundary
Packaging supplier selection and purchasing responsibility are confirmed by project. Work requiring special licensed production environments is outside our current scope.
