Use this service when parts, accessories or packaging from multiple suppliers need to be assembled, kitted, repacked or prepared as finished units before export.
What Changsheng Does
Work can include parts assembly, kitting, instruction manual placement, accessory placement, simple adjustment, basic electronic assembly, bagging, boxing, carton sealing, repacking, gift-box assembly and outer-carton packing.
What We Need Before the Project Starts
BOM or kit list, assembly and packaging requirements, samples or reference photos, instruction/accessory lists, carton requirements, label files and key quality checkpoints.
Workflow
Confirm SOP and sample → verify materials and SKUs → first-piece approval → batch assembly and packaging → in-process checks → OQC → outbound preparation.
Records and Outputs
Depending on the project, records can include work instructions (SOPs), first-piece confirmation, quantity records, exception photos, rework progress and outbound details.
Service Boundary
Suitable for general manual assembly and packaging. Projects requiring clean-room production, special manufacturing licenses, hazardous processes or certified production environments are outside our current scope.
