When receiving, inspection, rework, packaging and outbound handling are split across different parties, defects may be found only at the forwarder or overseas, while SKU, quantity, version and timing information becomes fragmented.
How Changsheng Handles It
At our self-operated Dongguan facility, we coordinate supplier deliveries and centralize receiving, IQC, exception coordination, assembly and packaging, labeling and rework, inventory, OQC and appointed-forwarder handover.
Information We Need
Supplier list, SKUs and quantities, inspection/packaging requirements, timing, forwarder information and required records or reports.
Records or Outputs
Depending on the project: inbound/outbound details, SKU/batch records, inspection records, exception photos and progress, inventory reports and outbound information.
Boundary
Changsheng provides pre-export fulfillment. Freight booking, customs declaration and international transportation are not included.
