When This Service Is Useful
Use IQC incoming inspection when supplier goods need to be checked before assembly, packaging or outbound fulfillment, especially for quantity, appearance, specifications, accessories and basic function.
What Changsheng Does
We inspect agreed items such as quantity, appearance, specifications, accessories, power-on, switches and simple operation. Clients may specify an AQL or sampling ratio. If complete inspection criteria are not available, Changsheng can propose practical checkpoints based on the product, its use and end-customer concerns, then execute after client confirmation.
What We Need Before the Project Starts
Product information, SKU and quantity, supplier details, specification requirements, acceptable/unacceptable examples, AQL or sampling ratio, and any photo or report requirements.
Workflow
Supplier arrival → receiving and quantity check → inspection to confirmed criteria → issue and quantity records → client and supplier notification → next action after client confirmation.
Records and Outputs
Depending on the project, we can provide photo-backed inspection records or a Word inspection report covering quantity, appearance, specifications, basic function, exception ratio, photos and handling suggestions.
Service Boundary
Basic IQC does not replace laboratory testing, certification testing or destructive testing. Work requiring specialist accreditation or laboratory equipment should be handled by the appropriate testing body.
