When This Service Is Useful
Use this service when supplier labels, packaging or selected quality points do not meet the confirmed requirement, or when cross-border e-commerce products need FNSKU/SKU labeling before outbound handover.
What Changsheng Does
We can apply product labels, barcodes, carton marks, warning labels, FNSKU and SKU labels, and handle unpacking, rework, repacking, accessory replacement or placement, followed by re-inspection to confirmed criteria.
What We Need Before the Project Starts
Label source files, placement guides, version information, rework instructions, approved samples or acceptance criteria, quantity and required completion milestone.
Workflow
Confirm correction scope → isolate affected goods → unpack/label/rework/repack → quantity check → re-inspect to confirmed criteria → update handling progress.
Records and Outputs
Records can include processed quantity, exception type, label version, process photos, re-inspection results and remaining quantity.
Service Boundary
Rework scope and responsibility are confirmed project by project. Changsheng does not replace product certification or laboratory testing and does not assume the supplier’s original manufacturing quality responsibility as a purchasing principal.
